Repair Café Malvern Hills opened on Saturday 1st December 2012 with a small group of six repairers. Over the years, this number has grown to a team of more than 40 volunteers which includes both repairers and front-of-house. RCMH is managed and run entirely by volunteers and regularly supports and funds the opening of additional Repair Cafés in the West Midlands. To date, there are 15 Repair Cafés across the region forming the Repair Café West Midlands Network. Click here for our leaflet.
RCMH also supports local projects and initiatives that share and promote our core ethos and values of ‘repair and reuse’ and help to promote behavioural change towards waste and recycling. Our consistent 85% success rate proves that usually a very simple repair is all that is needed to extend the working life of a household appliance or a favourite heirloom!
We open on the third Saturday in each month from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm at Malvern Cube Community and Arts Centre, Albert Road North, Malvern WR14 2YF. The Cube’s in-house Garden Café is open to serve refreshments.
At every session a full repair and sewing team is on hand to help you. We also offer PAT testing and a dedicated knife and tool sharpening service.
We can repair any hand-portable household or personal item including:
- Electrical, electronic and mechanical appliances
- Garden tools and equipment
- Ceramics and jewellery
- Furniture and wooden items
- Sewing machines
- Clocks
- Gadgets and devices
- Toys
- Jewellery
- Garments and Textiles

- Soft furnishings…….and much, much more!
No job is too small, or too challenging for our repair teams!
